At first I was not too impressed with the metal accessories at the base of the shoe. However, when the product arrived and I put the shoe on, I must say it this is a beautiful shoe. It is true to size. That is what I love about the Betsey Johnson shoe. It is well designed and lovely on your feet. I love a nice pump.
