One of the nicest dresses from Betsey Johnson's new affordable dress line. The dress is kept modern, whimisical and very Betsey with it's form fitting cap sleeves, high low skirt (similar to the trend last summer) and the amazing fuchsia fabric. With a thin cotton layer underneath, and thick chantilly lace over top, it is perfect for any occasion. Being a true Betsey Girl I wear this often!
