Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed November 6th through December 22nd can be returned until January 26, 2018.
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items and earrings, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Perfume and lotion may only be returned if the packaging has not been opened. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

in to your account and going to 'My Orders' and clicking on the order number, then click 'Return Request' next to the item you wish to send back. Check the box next to the item and choose the reason for the return. After you hit next you will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us. Actually, you'll get two labels, one for UPS and one for the USPS Mail Innovations. Please use the shipping method that works best for you. If you use the UPS ground label you may drop the package at any UPS location. If you choose USPS (UPS Mail Innovations) label you may give the package to the United States Post Office. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received. Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account. Usual turnaround time is 1 - 2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.
PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS AND EARRINGS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items and earrings.
Betsey Johnson guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing [email protected]

For Canadian Orders, please email, live chat or call us to receive a return authorization number. Ship the merchandise back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to us. As with domestic orders, shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order restocking fee. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
Betsey Johnson merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then call customer service at 866-222-4243 to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the item back to us as a return. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.
